Postnatal yoga allows you to regain shape and energy quickly after childbirth; the practice is progressive and targets the deep muscles to tone, tighten and gain weight while respecting each person's body. Tame and love your body transformed by motherhood.

Postnatal yoga is there to help you build your physical energy and welcome your emotions as a mother in complicity with baby.

You would like to continue or start practicing Yoga without necessarily needing postpartum follow-up. You can directly subscribe to the Package of your choice without a minimum duration (only for prenatal/postnatal).

The 4th Trimester is a period that is too little known and prepared for in our current society. Let yourself be guided in this very sensitive period after birth.

Your body has been deconstructed to accommodate baby in its center, give him space to readjust. Your whole being is turned upside down, from Woman to Mother, the adaptation time is sometimes long and fatigue can slow down this unique journey.

Take the time to be born as a Mother!

Baby is welcome from the first lesson.

​

Start classes from 4 weeks after delivery (if no pain).

Starts classes from 6 weeks after cesarean delivery.

​

PS: What you need to know is that after several months or years following your delivery, it is never too late to strengthen your perineum!
